Inbound consignments clear UK customs before final-mile delivery; timing varies by origin.
On the day
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00. Where your retailer has enabled it you will receive an out-for-delivery notification with an estimated window. A signature may be required for higher-value consignments.
If you are out
Our driver leaves a card and re-attempts the next working day. You can also arrange a redelivery date, redirect to a neighbour, or collect from your local depot — all from your tracking page.
Safe place
Where a safe place has been agreed, we leave the parcel there and record proof of delivery. We never ask you to pay a fee by text or email to release a parcel.
Areas we cover
UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Remote-area consignments may take an additional working day.
