Make a claim.

If something has gone wrong, we will put it right. Here is how to claim for loss or damage.

DAMAGE

Within 7 days

Report visible or concealed damage within 7 days of delivery, with photographs.

LOSS

Within 28 days

Report non-delivery within 28 days of the date of carriage.

WRITTEN

Within 21 days

Follow up with a written claim within 21 days of your initial notice.

What you will need

  • Your consignment number.
  • A description of the loss or damage.
  • Photographs of the item and its packaging (for damage).
  • Proof of value — an invoice or receipt.

How it works

Submit the details through our contact page, selecting “Claim” as the topic. Our claims team acknowledges within two working days, investigates with the depots on the route, and resolves in line with our Terms of Carriage.

Our cover

Standard liability is limited per consignment unless enhanced cover was declared and paid in advance. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
